Cauterize¶
Taking damage below 25% hp heals you back to full HP and gain 100% move speed for 4 seconds, after healing you burn for 7.5% HP per second for 4 seconds.
Cauterize leaves a burn that can last up to 120 seconds and can only be cast again when it fades.
